DATA AUTONOMY

Your Health, Your Data, Your Rules

OrionHealth is built on a simple principle: your medical information belongs to you — not to hospitals, insurers, or tech corporations. We give you the tools to own, control, and use your health data freely.

Free Information

Your health data is not a product to be sold. OrionHealth is 100% open source (AGPL-3.0) and free forever. No data mining, no ads, no hidden fees.

Certified Information

Every medical code in OrionHealth is sourced from official standards bodies. ICD-10 from WHO, LOINC from Regenstrief, RxNorm from NLM. Clinically accurate and auditable.

Useful Information

Your records are not just stored — they're actionable. On-device AI analyzes your health data to provide insights, trends, and personalized recommendations.

Standardized Information (FHIR)

OrionHealth uses FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) as its data model. Your health record is structured, portable, and interoperable — no vendor lock-in.

OUR MISSION

OrionHealth believes that:

You own your health data — not hospitals, not insurers, not big tech
